I made a short term loan 3 months back. I closed my banking account and cannot change my banking details on Wonga's site. Currently overseas and have emailed the collections email address as well as customer service. They want me to call the 086 number. This number is not in operation if you phone from outside South Africa. I have asked in several emails to get a managers email address or the proper landline number. Nobody is getting back to me. In total I have emailed about 20 times with no response. What a shame. In the meanwhile my account is running interest and eventually will being black listed because of their attitude.
I am looking for the banking details so that I can pay them what I am in debt with them.
