Despite three calls, ABSA homeloan is refusing

I have a homeloan with Absa since 2009. They have been sending me quarterly statements on the post since then. But over the pas two to three years, I requested an e-mail statement and they have been sending until August 2012. I called to ask why I did not receive the November statement. They took me from pillar to post, telling me that they don't have my contacts (email) on their system and they don't know why. The consultant on the phone also said they never send me e-statements. I requested them to send me, and provided my email address. They said I must go to the branch. I complaint that I can't go to the branch just for something that is not my fault. He was about to drop me (since I did not support the idea of going to the branch). Then I told him that I am moving my account to FNB (where I do my banking), then he said he will forward me the statement and will reset my estatement, so I will continue to receive them.

I expected a statement by end of March 2013. Nothing came, I called homeloan again, the lady asked me to hold as they reset the system. She said I will only be able to receive the November 2012 statement, and will have to go to the branch for Mar 2013 statement.
