I have been banking with ABSA for years and have always received my credit card statements by post. This stopped - mysteriously - around Nov 2012. I've repeatedly tried to get help by dialling the "helpline", but to no avail. I have sent many, many emails to card division. I've actually received emails back telling me that I will receive a statement at month end - to date, nothing has arrived. I have also been in to speak to my branch manager at my local branch and this has not helped at all. 5 months after I stopped receiving my statements, I moved. I formally changed my postal address (the whole FICA rigmarole) and have still not received a statement in the 7 months since. I was sent 6 months' worth of statements by email at one point, but this is no good to me. I do not have a printer and have repeatedly requested that hard copy statements be posted to me.
