I prefer to receive my statements electronically. I have been to the branch, I've complained via the actionline and I've been on HelloPeter (this is the 2nd complaint) and to date I have not received an electronic statement. I receive a charges statement on my cheque account but that is it. Can someone from ABSA please rectify this and sooner rather than later. I don't have any power to make ABSA do anything but it would really awesome if it gets done just because ABSA wants me to receive my statement as I prefer.
