They just stop to email accounts

This is frustrating! For some reason my personal Loan Statements have just stopped. They don't email this to me as per usual. This has actually stopped in 2012 already. When I enquired about this I now need to go to a branch and pay for the old archived statements, but if they would have kept on sending this to me I would not require to obtain the archived statements. This is just for may personal loan. Then my savings account I was at the branch and the branch manager confirmed to me that I can not receive this via email - would have been nice if the sales lady who opened this account for me confirmed this, wonder why she took my email address and have ticked electronic communication??? Apparently this can be posted to me... yet again, I have actually never received a posted statement from ABSA. So in order to fix all of this, I now need to go into a branch for one of the consultants to assist me with this change... but if this was not requested to be changed by me, why should I be the one to go to the branch? Why can they just not look at their system, see that the statements were emailed to me and for some reasons stopped? Just another bank wanting money!
