My mother in law passed away in 2011 and her estate was completed December 2011 and ABSA took their payment. The reason for this call is that her Old Mutual shares were never finalised and transferred to the children as per her will. We contacted ABSA, telephone calls do not help and changed to email correspondence since January 2013. The emails replied that they are attending to this, my concern, this is April 2013.
