No statement received since 12 November 2012

I availed of a personal loan in August last year.
The last statement i received was on 12 November 2012.
It has been over 3 months now and i have not received a quarterly statement!!!
I would prefer these statements on a monthly basis, but if not possible CAN YOU PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU E-MAIL ME STATEMENTS AT LEAST QUARTERLY.
Please send me a FULL STATEMENT reflecting all transactions, including payments and charges since 12 November 2012.
