Nedbank gets Clients deeper into Debt

NEDBANK rejected my application for an overdraft, but then allowed my card balance to GO INTO AN OVERDRAFT IN ANY CASE!!! Now all of a sudden, I get a SMS to say that you sent me a Notice of Demand. My email of 18 Dec 2012 (available upon request) was NEVER answered. Even when I followed up on 11 Jan 2013 (available on request), I ALSO didn't get the courtesy of a reply. I'd appreciate if the Branch Manager can answer me directly, maybe to restore my opinion of Nedbank to what it was BEFORE this fiasco!!
I have a lot more to say (and have the proof of all correspondence), on how NEDBANK has contradict themselves and is now me of a chance to a house loan and many more. I asked them to send me the bill (of THEIR mistake) so I can start paying off on the Overdraft (That I DONT have) but they didnt even bother to reply since 18 Dec (out of office reply) then again NO RESPONSE on my email of 11 Jan (when NOT OUT OF OFFICE). This is the image that NEDBANK is sattisfied with... NOT ME!!!
