Unprofessional service from NEDBANK

I have a business and personal cheque account with NEDBANK my home loan is with NEDBANK I have everything with NEDBANK... My Dad just passed away and he left me some money which I settled my R100, 000.00 overdraft that I had on my business account (LIKE A GOOD ABIDING CITIZEN) that means nothing to NEDBANK . On my personal account I have an overdraft facility of R12000, which I have had for many years, on the 27th December 2013 I got a call from NEDBANK at 15.30 pm, it went through to voice mail... I then phoned back on the morning of the 28th to be told by a call centre person ". Patrick" that all the money in my personal cheque account has been taken to settle the overdraft that I had..., so NEDBANK saw money in my account and took it... REALLY!! That money in my account was to pay for my kids school fees and accounts I have... I was told by Patrick that NEDBANK have re looked at my overdraft facility and they don't think I qualify for it anymore... Instead of phoning me and chatting to me about a payment plan or even just informing me so I could budget for this they just take my money out of my account. Nedbanks service stinks!!! They have taken all my money, I am disgusted.
