Delays in transfer of property due to mistakes

My Husband (70), who is in ill health due to multiple strokes, sold his 1/2 of business building to ex partner in Sept/Oct '12.Transfer should have taken 2 months. Due to numerous mistakes by Nedbank, the transfer still has not gone through. Our lawyers lodged at Deeds Office in April. Deeds office rejected the transfer, there the cancelation officer at NEDBANK FORGOT to add PA number. We applied in April on ground of lodgment for extension on overdraft for 2-3 mnths. This was granted. However after 10 days overdraft was brought down to official overdraft limit. This has put us well over the limit. Although Mr. Da Gama promised that our debit orders would not be returned unpaid, they were. We are not covered by the medical aid, because of this, we will loose our Gap cover, internet etc. We can't pay our bills or have money for food. We have been with Nedbank for 40 yrs and the treatment given is disgusting. They quick to take our money, but if you ask for help, they don't care. It does not look as if they know what they are doing and keep shifting fault with the lawyers. Please help!!
