Applied for overdraft in may and still not active

IN MAY I VISITED THE NEDBANK BRANCH IN WESTVILLE TO CHANGE THE TYPE OF BANK ACCOUNT I HAVE AND HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH A CONSULTANT BY THE NAME OF ESHA. SHE OFFERED ME AN OVERDRAFT FACILITY AND I APPLIED FOR THIS AND EMAILED HER MY PAYSLIP. THE NEDBANK CALL CENTRE CONTACTED MY WORK NUMBER TO CONFIRM EMPLOYMENT FOR THE OVERDRAFT. I ASSUMED IT HAS BEEN ACTIVE SINCE THEN, UNTIL I WENT TO THE BANK AND WAS TOLD IT WAS NOT ACTIVATED! ESHA WAS SUPPOSE TO GIVE ME A CALL BACK WHEN SHE GOT BACK FROM HER LUNCHBREAK BUT DID NOT AND I AM ABSOLUTELY DISSAPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE AS NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME TO ADVISE OF THE OUTCOME FOR THE OVERDRAFT FACILITY! I EXPECT A CALL TOMORROW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OR I WILL HAVE TO TAKE THIS FURTHER AND I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO FOLLOW UP ON SUCH IMPORTANT MATTERS LIKE THESE WHICH SHOULD OF BEEN RESOLVED MONTHS AGO! IF NOTHING IS DONE ABOUT THIS I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO THE CFO OR SOMEONE IN A HIGHER POSITION AT NEDBANK!
