Nedbank make administration errors at application

Good day

I am a client at nedbank fof approx 36 months.

I am in a crises and need a overdraft seriousely urgent.

At applicastio at whiteriver the lady informed me that at my status at nedabank when i become a client they put me on self employed. She said she will request to change it but in the meentime she can do nothing. I was never self enmployed. So i don't know where they become this incorrect information.

This morning i contact nedbank self at call centre and my information is still incorrect.

Mrs Doly again say to me i must change at the branch. The question is where is my brunch. I was taken application via telephone when nedbank contact me with their beautifull promises for a savvy account. Even therethe consultant was promise me that on a savvy account you will always have the availability of R1000 overdraft freely if yoy need it. Now that i need it, it was falsely promises

I stay at Sabie and there is no branch here. This is bad. Standard bank, capitec, absa all are hear accept my green family nedbank.

So i ask again where is now a nedbank branch for me to change my status that was your consultant mistake.
