Bond application nightmare

Specifically went to FNB to get the required documentation to faciliate a simple appication
At home spent a hour filling in all the required fields
Colected all requirements and took the forms to meet the consultant at the branch (Merose Arch)
Then, get instructed to redo the same documents again - over the period of another full hour
At the very end...
Get asked if the sellers attorney is 'FNB accredited' ...

Answer = NO - so the full process is a waste of time

(1st issue - why make me fill in all the detail 2 X before asking this question?)

Then - 2 days later am I smsed and I now have accounts opened at FNB in my name, and instructed to collect cards and if I would like - an overdraft...

(2nd issue - I was told I would only need to have an FNB account opened - if the home load was granted)

THIRD ISSUE :
I have called the bank Merose Branch 4 times, what cut off 2 X and left 2 messagesthen I lleft a complaint on the 'premier' 0875888000 line and have still had no response

The attitude of the initial consultant was shocking, his best statement was, 'At FNB we dont like to reposes our own homes..."
