How in-humain can a bank possible be???

Almost a year ago when FNB launched smart devices for Platinum Card holders i was the first to take out one with them since the services they sold to you sounded fantastic. At that time i did not know that from DEC 2012 my health would take a turn for the worse and be booked off for 3-4 months since i ended up with 2 bloodclots in my body. as a result of the sick leave taken during the years my sick leave was depleted and i was on unpaid leave. when i came back and started working there were some short falls and my salary was much lower than the min R16k per month. Despite this i still made sure sufficient went in monthly to cover my bank charges and this R200 for the smart device. so in my opinion i have stuck to my payment obligations. Now FNB has handed me over for not depositing min R16k a month in my account. Now they claim i had to call them to pre-arrange this, why should i if i paid you? and i didnt know how long i was going to be off, nor did the T&C's of this cross my mind in my time of illness. So not matter the fact that they have been paid for all their services & charges I am still handed over for this smart device and now full payment plus attorney fee's are due.
