I am so so disappointed and frustrated with Miway.
Last year I was convinced to move from Iwyze to Miway because I was offered a better rate. The consultant advised me they will email me my contract and Miway sticker saying Do not tow. But uptill today i have not recieved no Sticker. To get my contract I had to call and follow up with miway. Finally a lady emailed me the contract.
Last week Friday my car broke on the freeway. I wanted to call my insurance company which i make sure I pay my premuims every month with out fail, Guess what I realised I do not have the sticker on my wind screen I still have Iwyze sticker. I panicked because i was in the middle of nowhere and I did not have. I had to call Alexender Forbes insurance which is my fiancee insurance company to get Miway contact number which I am considering moving to Alexender Forbes.

Lastly the tow truck comes and assist us and he than advises me I will have to pay additional R660 so I can be towed back to Durban. With my understanding I am on a Comprehesive cover which covers everything.
I pay for my premuims everything. Paying additional R660 for the car to be towed was huge cost which i did not budget for.
