Fraudelant debit orders and accounts

After 11 months of telephones not working and then being billed account up to R5900 were as agreed amount R454.00 Double debit orders taken off our account more than once per month totally differant to account per month phoneing and writting emails no response. Code and total of debit orders not same as account debit our account twice on 27th of month then again double debit orders on 3rd then again 2 debit orders differant amounts on 19th of month.
