Phones not answerd

On the 12 March 2013 I sent an application form to Pension backed lending and call them the following day to check if they have received my application, I was told to resend the documents and when I made another follow up to check if they have received the resent document there was no answered till today and I call them almost every day they don't answer the phones and sent three emails still no respond to the emails.
How long does it take to know whether I have been approved or not. My other concern is if I have made a normal personal loan from the Standard bank I would have received the money and finished with the renovations.
