Debit gone wrong

I was debited R649.44 for a couple of months, then I moved to a new job and they pay on the 28th, not the 25th. A debit bounced once. I phoned them on the 28th and arrange that I will pay the outstanding amount. They said I must pay R1298.88..which is a double debit. I paid that over, and changed my debit date with them, thinking that a normal debit will resume the next month.

I received a double debit of more than 2k this month, so they took the previous double debit and doubled that.
Please contact me to resolve this issue because its very unprofessional negligence and daylight. I would like a refund on the excess amounts drawn from my account and will need my statements delivered via email so I can see what my account is standing on.
