Diners club has silently changed it's airport lounge access policy without informing it's clients & it's now a rip off just to have lounge access.
Previously one could have lounge access for free providing you used the card once a month but nowdays, you'd have to spend R12000 per quarter or an astounding R48000 annually just to have access to the lounge or pay R135...
The policy came into effect this year & I was not informed in any way, the amount to spent on the card to now have access to business lounges is phenominal... thats beside your annual card fee...
I only learned about it when I read the very very small print below the lounge access policy...
I have immediately cancelled my annual membership to diners & requested a refund of my annual fees due to this new policy change whish is an absolute rip off...
