We recently visited the fnb slow lounge at o r tambo international airport on our way to cape town.we visited the slow lounge on saturday 4th jan 2014 at 7.30am.the woman at front desk informed me that i could bring in 3 guests (including myself will be 4).she also indicated fnb platinum card holders qualify for the complementary slow lounge.i have used diners club slow lounge previously with no charge.i was billed R1000.00 for lite snacks and drinks by fnb card.i am dissapointed after being with fnb on my business account and credit card.emailed fnb and called (was cut off by employee).maybe i need to find a more transparent bank.
