Access to Slow Lounge - NOT!

In November 2012 I finally decided to open a credit card with FNB. I received my Platinum card and was super excited to have access to the Slow Lounge at the airport - one of the perks that was a deciding factor in choosing the bank. However, when we arrived at OR Thambo for our international trip they made us wait outside the doors until opening time (7 or 7:30am). Then, when they let us in, I was informed that I need to pay R250 per person to have access - even though ALL the promotional info indicated I would have the access if I have a platinum card and SAVE R250. The website also does not indicate T&Cs apply and do not specify opening hours for the lounge. I am very disappointed and feel cheated.
