NO ACCESS to SAA lounge at JHB as promised

PLEASE DONT FALL INTO THE TRAP OF GETTING THE NEDBANK PREMIUM SAA VOYAGER CREDIT CARD FROM NEDBANK. WHEN I JOINED 6 YEARS AGO, IT WAS PROMISED AND STATED THAT I WOULD GET ACCESS TO THE PREMIUM SAA LOUNGE AT JHB AND OTHER OPERATED LOUNGES THAT SAA HAVE AGREEMENTS WITH. I HAVE BEEN TURNED AWAY FROM THE LOUNGE WHEN FLYING SAA EXPRESS (WHICH IS OPERATED BY SAA), SAYING THAT I MAY ONLY USE THE LOUNGE ONLY WHEN FLYING SAA FLIGHTS. AT THE DOOR OF THE LOUNGE IT SAYS FOR PREMIUM CARD HOLDERS AND SAA EXPRESS IS COACHED BY SAA. SO THE R1600 FEE ON THIS CARD IS ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH IT WHEN FNB, RMB AND INVESTEC CLIENTS GAIN ACCESS TO A LOUNGE NO MATTER WHAT AIRLINE THEY FLY. WHAT BENEFIT IS THERE FROM NEDBANK FOR THEIR CLIENTS? LOOKING FORWARD TO MOVE TO ANOTHER BANK.
