I applied for my smart device three weeks ago of which the turn around times stipulated by FNB have not been adhered, to which I have to contact the call centre all the time for status updates.
The Distribution warehouse called me on Monday 08/04/2013 to which I was advised the device would be delievered in 3 days - I received no feedback, to which I called the courier company only to be told there is no stock, thats is almost a month to obtain a smart device, its ridiculous.
FNB do not adhere to their stipulated turn around times.
