Surplus Fund Claim

I cant tell you how frustrating this Surplus Fund Application is! I applied in Septemeber 2012. Called 2 weeks later, said no documents recieved, another 2 weeks later, no documents recieved still. Called again, said half the documents wer recieved. Sent the application form again, called again in the same week, they said they got the all the documents from the 1st application. I was up to my neck with this. Its almost like a but its money owed to you. Thereafter called every 2 weeks and i got a differnet story every single time. These people are trained to tell customers false information i think! Either that or they have the worst system in the world. Its like 1 person has to do all the paper work, capture or scan and then issue statements and then make payment. I cannot believe this issue! I spend 10 - 20 minutes at a time on the fone, i even tell the person there i wonder what story i will get next time. Called today and now the guy says he is sorry but they dont have all my documents. I must fax to him now yet i called last week and the lady said everything is fine and i must wait a month for a statement! Blind lading the blind i tell you! 8 months i am waiting!!!
