I have been waiting 6 months for a payment from mibfa surplus fund its a small amount to be paid to me I have called several times for help getting a promise of your money will be paid in with in 4 weeks today when I phoned they told me not to phone again it will be paid in when its paid in I have waited 6 months I am unemployed have a family to support I can't wait any longer people who applied after me got money already and much more why am I being treated unfairly???
