IVE BEEN CONTACTING MIBFA FOR THE PAST 2 MONTHS TRYING TO RESOLVE MY PENSION FUND PAYMENT THAT IS WELL OVER DUE, I HAVE FAXED MY DOCUMENTS MANY TIMES TO THIS COMPANY AND EVERY TIME I CALL FOR FEEDBACK THEY TELL ME THEY HAVENT RECIEVED THE DOCUMENTS, I THEN ASKED FOR THE PERSON WHO HAD BEEN HANDLING MY QUERY THEY DIDNT WANT TO GIVE ME ANY DETAILS BUT A FAX TO EMAIL TO RE-SEND MY DOCUMENTS WHICH I HAVE DONE YET AGAIN! WHEN I CALLED BACK THIS MORNING TO FIND OUT WHEN WILL I GET MY PAYMENT THEY TELL ME THEY ARE STILL WAITING FOR MY DOCUMENTS, ITS REALLY FRAUSTRATING THAT THESE PEOPLE CANNOT HELP ME
HOW CAN THEY DO THIS AFTER THE YEARS WE HAVE PAID OUR MONEY? TERRIBLE SERVICE PATHETIC ATTITUDE TOWARDS THE CLIENTS!!!
