i would like to bring the following to your attention as I'm beyond shocked at the information that i am receiving from Nedbank.
To date this what has been happening: I have received text messages that read: Erasmus Attorneys -MT Ntuli, payment due NOW to prevent legal proceedings or call Nedbank on : 0861121321. CC04671. I have contacted this above mentioned number and I'm told the same thing.
I have never opened an account with Nedbank nor signed a contract that stipulates that i agree to the rems and conditions of the alleged card that I'm supposed to have applied for. I was advised to obtain an Affidavit and to also include about 5 (five) signatures and fax them to Nedbank for further assistance.
To my suprise im still receiving text messages threatening me with legal attaction, I'm just wondering how possible is it that such a reputable bank as Nedbank would make my life such a roller coaster.
I would like to some sort of resolution to this matter as my name and reputation are being tarnished. I find this very appaling and not acceptable at all.
