Phoned 3 times today to add item to existing policy, rang until the telephone died. Eventually came through (approx 11h00 today) and their system was off!!! (for such a big company!!!). Said I must phone after 14h00. After complaining, promised they would phone me at 17h00, but till now (18h15) have not called. Is DD becoming a third world company like Virgin Money Insurance???
Worst is, now I am out of the office for next two days!!!
