No Service at the branch

My husband has a personal loan on his name. We took out extra insurance which covers the loan should my husband be retrenched then the loan is paid for 6 months. I went to the Ilanga Mall branch in February to find out when we must start paying for the loan again and they said end of February. It is April already and still no money has gone off our account. I went to the main branch in Nelspruit this afternoon and the lady there said that she could not help me and when I wanted to see somebody else she came back to give me a number that I had to call (the same number that I was given this morning to call and they could not help me) and I told her that I called them and they told me to go to a branch. Our paperwork was done at the Cape Gate branch in Cape Town when we were still staying there, so going back to them is quite difficult as we now reside in Nelspruit. I have no idea whether the loan is going into arrears and we also do not want to be black listed. I would really like it if this can be sorted out ASAP. I do have signing rights on my husband's account so they can call me. The ID number that I will be supplying will be my husband's as the loan is on his name.
