I am really frustrated by the service I am receiving from Dial Direct. If I were to call my previous insurance company they would simply tell me "we told you so" I now regret ever sending you guys a policy request.
I have been having problems with these policy on the very first month. What is important now is that no one is willing to tell me why I was debited Admission Fees twice where as Lemese Lukhan promised me that shall not happen.
I phoned the call centre on numerous occasions no one is being helpful. Kgopotso promised to come back to me on Monday already, and today its Thursday no call back. Today I spoke to Johanna, I don't know whether she cut me off or the line got cut off. but irrespective of that, a good insurance company would call a client back if the line got cut off. What is embarrassing the most is that I am dealing with the business department the service must be twice as excellent.
