WEBSITE PROBLEM OF ACCOUNT CANNOT BE RESOLVED

Most companies, including Dial Direct, provide the option these days to manage your policy details online, and to update your personal details. It seems as when you have 2 policy numbers with Dial Direct, an old one and a new one, you are only able to access the old policy. And when you are able to access this old policy, it informs you that it has been cancelled, and you should phone Dial Direct. I have phoned their call centre numerous times over several months. They've promised to delete the old policy details. At the end of the day it was only promises, and the issue is still not sorted out. It was referred to their IT/Web admin Dept several times without success. After stop phoning their Call Centre, I've submitted a complaint on the Dial Direct website. No one came back to me. I really don't know what to do anymore. This is not the type of service I expect.
