So much for FNB saying that they are better than the BEEP Bank... I have called their callcentre for the smartdevices. And to my shock, 7 weeks has passed and i still do not have my device. I have called and spoken to litterally everyone in their dept. Namely: Gloria - Senior Consultant (useless), Amber Jacobs - Team Leader (only one who seems to know what the value of a client is), Sandile - Put me on hold for 30mins, Lindiwe - Cheeky and full of attitude, Nkanyiso - worse than Sandile, Ntombi - seems clued up. Natasha - Never available to perform her Team leader duties. After tons and tons of calls to them, my device was finally sent out... yippiie. However, they terminated their contract with the courier company (Bright Point)...!!! No one called and told me anything. And now, i have to wait for Bright Point to transfer stock to the new delivery company: Digital Planet before i can get a call for delivery. Another week. Some somewhere at FNB Bank City, as that's where they sent their escalations to, is busy smoking his socks and lazing his around. Seeing that i cannot get through to Gloria. Hope this does and she becomes useful. Maybe useful to BEEP Bank!!!
