My mother Ilka Venkova holds an insurance policy with Dial Direct over her Toyota. She was in a bad car accident on the 3rd of April 2013. After NUMEROUS calls from my father and myself no one would answer or help us. Eventually we drove to the offices of Dial Direct to get their attention and still no one managed to help us with the car taking 5 days to be collected.
We called Dial Direct today to ask when the car would be ready for collection and if it has been panel beaten yet - the response? WE HAVE STILL NOT STARTED IT!! It has been over 4 weeks and NOTHING has been done.
This is the worst service i have ever experienced. We pay premiums therefore have a right to receive a service. It is absolutely embarrassing that we are left without a car with nothing being done about it.
I would advise EVERYONE to use any other insurance but Dial Direct - the money you pay is wasted.
