Dial Direct promise that if you refer a buddy to their insurance company and your buddy signs up become a client of theirs for your referral they pay you a sum of money. I referred someone in May and was promised that I will receive my buddy referral fee in July the 17th, when I called dial direct offices to enquire why my payment is not reflecting in my bank account as promised I was told that the buddy referral department does not take telephone calls and that I should send them an e-mail. Its been two days I have not had any response from them although I sent two e-mails already. I am an existing client and am being denied my promised money of R500, I am not sure what they will do if someone puts in a claim for thousands of rand will they look for an excuse not to pay, it makes me a bit scared I am not sure if I am with the right insurance company and I definetely will not waste my time to refer clients to them
