FNB dissapoints once again

So Easter weekend for me wasn't as relaxing as it should have been, For some reason (no one at FNB can explain on the phone) FNB decided to freeze my account. Claiming that I need to bring some "form" into the bank... its Easter so I cant your bank is closed. AND WHY in the first place with no warning do you see it right just to block my account. I am a new customer as in A MONTH new!! I HAVE given all my forms in!! AND this after you making it seem so easy and effortless to deliver and i had to still go INTO the bank I ask you what's the point of this.

I'VE BEEN USING MY CARD FOR A MONTH AND BOOM..

NO one is getting back to me on FNB side. I spoke to a "Chantelle Jacobs" at the Menlyn branch she proofed to be as helpful as a wet shoe.
NOW as result I have to take time off from my day and GO into the bank once again to sort out what ever it is you have lost or whatever. BAD BAD service and totally unprofessional call centre if I may add, Thank goodness I still kept my ABSA card and had cash to get me through the weekend. (even if they charge more at least I know my account wont just freeze!!

TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED in all these empty promises FNB sis man! THANKS A LOT for nothin
