Ive been to the branch more than once to freeze my account. I am working with a alternative dispute resolution agent and in order for them to help me i need to freeze my current account with standardbank... but they wont let me. I know i can freeze the account because its my money and my account. My agent also had other situations and their bank accounts was frozen. The bank is costing me money because i have to take off at work to go to the bank but i dont get any results..they keep saying i cant freeze my account.
