I cannot begin to describe how much this bank frustrates me. Saturday I opened yet another account with them, as I have been a loyal customer for years, I spent well over two hours at the bank to open the account, deposit money into the account, and get a new card for my savings account, to go to the shop and find out THE CARD DOESN'T WORK!!! So what? I must go to the bank again?!?!? I work during the week, and I need my card to work, I don't have time for this rubbish! I am just as sick and tired of all the fees you guys charge, when I work out the amounts you change me a month, debit, EFT, deposits, transfers, withdrawals, I pay more than R300 a month on this. This weekend I am removing my cash and closing my accounts with absa, enough is enough, with spening so much money on fees, you'd think the service will be good at least, not quite, I was clearly mistaken. I have complained about absa on numerous occasions, and this is where I draw the line.

I am moving to a bank that will cater for my needs, a bank that won't charge an arm and a leg, a bankrd that doesn't work.
I don't care if I get feedback or not, I just need to let everybody know how pathetic absa is!! Bye Bye Absa!
