WORST BANK EVER

I thought NEDBANK was the bank which goes the extra mile to assist the clients not inconvenience there client with pathetic unprofessional service, my account was frozen with no valid reason last week Friday, i did not receive a call or any form of communication as to why, i went to the bank to draw just find out on my own what had happened, then i had to make calls on a Friday before weekend to see whats happen thought i had been, just to find out the department Forensic or department who authorized this is closed for the weekend, so they decide to freeze my account and go have a lekke weekend while i cannot access my funds or know what is happening, to date 27 Nov, Wednesday after that still no call or anything, THIS IS PATHETIC SERVICE I WILL BE SURE TO TAKE THIS FURTHER AND CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND MAKE IT KNOWN TO EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT WHAT SERVICE IS RECEIVED, I HAVE BEING BANKING WITH NEDBANK FOR YEARS AND THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT ME BACK AS A CLIENT
