Capitec can't give refund

I am under debt review, my finacial consultant did send all the documents to capitec bank to cancell all my debits well that wasnt done, my finacial consultant told me to go to the branch with a 17.1 form which i did and the consultant that was helping me at the branch phoned their head office and he was told to tell me to write a letter saying"CANCELL ALL MY DEBIT ORDERS" with my details well i did that and i was told to go home head office will reverse the funds on their side. well i waited and waited there was no responce i had to phone the head office myself the guy that was helping me told me to go to the branch they should reverse the funds i went to Bizana branch the consultant that was helping me didnt even ask fo my finger print no banking card and i found that strange when she was telling me that she cant do anything she only read the form and told me that i am still under application.i had to phone my finacial consultant to speak to her and she told him to email a letter as a proof that i am under debt review and he did that, he even forwarded an email to me that he sent to Tracey Harmse and tracey said all the documents that he sent through is the correct procedure forRef
