Ecieve bad service eve

I went to the branch hoping to get help, as i have been having this problem seens
last year September, there is company that is debiting money from my account i have never heard of that company i can't even get hold of the company, i didn't even made arrangement with them, i don't even know what is that for its a, i don't know how did they get hold of my account number. The previous branch manager advised me to rather change the account, as they cant stop this people as they can only reverse it, today i went to the bank to reverse it as i didn't get chance to change the account & the branch manager RENDANI told they cant reverse it & he was very rude, arrogant, & impatient i don't know how did capitec hire this guy as a manager he does not have any knowledge of what is customer care, this was the worst service i have ever received in my entire life. this guy does'nt deserve to be the manager how Will the rest of the staff have customer care if he does not have
