Disappointed with the service at Capitec bank

I am very disappointed with the service at Capitec bank in Aliwal Street in cbd Durban.
On the 13/03/2013 i was mugged all of my personal belongs where taken include my id bank card too same day that even money was deposited in too my account few minutes the money was out. Next day i go in to log a complain they were off line I went in on the 28/03/2013 to make a new card by then my account was frozen by the no informed about this however they made a new card for me my salary was meant to going in to my account however it bounced back because they put a stop on my account I spent the long Easter weekend with no pay I went in on Saturday they could not assist me cause they forgeries department was closed I spent one whole hour and they could not help me.
I am disgusted with the consultants behavior they promised to call me back and I'm still waiting for them to call me i spoke to Tsepho team leader of customer care and still nothing 04/05/2013 I don't have money to even get myself to work were as their is funds due to me in my account no one has come back to me I have been running up and down and they seem to care less I had to make a new account to get my salary no
