Very angry custome

On the Saturday 30 March 2013 i get a phone call from fnb loans department saying i am in arrears of R1600.00. On Tuesday 02 April 2013 i get another call saying i am in arrears of R1600.00, as i was talking to the consultant the phone got disconnected, when i phoned back the first 2 times the consultant was taking to long to assist me. So when i phoned back the 3rd time a consultant says i did not pay an installment in 2009, i was cross instintly and demanded that a manager gives me a call which nobody as done up till now. The thing is we in 2013 and they want to tell me i am in arrears since 2009. i know for a fact if i was in arrears a consultant should have called me double debited me, why wait so long to tell me i am in arrears if i was. i refuse to pay this money. Because according to my knowledge i am up to date with my account. I do know that my loan suppose to finish no in june or july 2013. i want this matter sorted a.s.a.p.
