I've had enough from your collection department consultants phoning me & hounding me for arrears on my account, I keep on informing them that there are no arrears on my account, each consultant I have spoken too could not tell me when my account fell into arrears, yet they continue phoning demanding the money. If this harrassment continues to happen then I will contact my legal team as I am clearly frustrated. Each consultant I spoke to since last year clearly is not equipped to take a message as I informed them that a manager needs to call me & explain what is happening on my account, maybe if I refuse to pay off the rest of my debt then a manager would be available.
