I also applied on there website for a loan, but never received any feedback from them and then on the 28th received an sms stating that Loan Tracer Sa deducted 399.00 from my account. I never signed anything from them and never gave permission to continue with the loan application. And to top everything of I phoned them on the 28th to ask why they deducted the amount and they said that they have a cooling off period where in you can decline the application, but an application is normally accompanied by documents like ID, statements and salary advice. I did not send any of that to them.
2 years ago I had a similar application, but they contacted me and asked if I would like to continue or not, they didn't just deduct money from my account!
