Good morning

I don't know where to start

Firstly I applied for credit assist with Standard Bank and it was approved in May 2013 the consultant that I spoke to said to may first installment will be in June but unfortunately standard bank still debited my account in May and there was not enough funds and it declined I called the bank and this was sorted out I even got refunded the charges for the returned debit order
(If you check your records I'm sure it would reflect regarding my compliant)

Every month I would get calls saying I'm in arrears and I would explain what had happened and then the consultants would say its been sorted I'm not in arrears

But to my surprise I got declined for a car finance by other institutions including Standard Bank because I've been listed by Standard Bank that I'm in arrears on my loan, how is that possible I thought this was sorted and now I'm being registered as a bad payer whereas the mistake was not mine in the first place

Please I'm begging that you sort this out, clear my name from the ITC because now I'm in trouble I need a car or I'm going to loose my job since it requires me to have a car

Please help I don't know what to say
