In January 2013 i purchased pots and i was told that installment is R516.70. i was given an invoice which state that installment is R501.70 and i should pay R15.00 (credit account service fee). i have been paying R520.00 monthly of which is more than th installment. in April 1 of their consultant called me in regards with the arrears. she told me that installment is R516.70 excluding service fee. on the 18/05/13 they called me again in regards with the arrears, the consultant i spoke to told me that i was suppose to pay R50.00 before my 1st installment of which i was not informed. on 20/05/13 another consultant called me adv my installment is R503.00 excluding service fee disputed as invoice state taht installmnet is R501.70.he advised me to call customer service. customer service told me that my account is in arrears because i am not paying service fee of R7.00 that i was not informed about. i spoke to team leader Rochelle who advised will listen to a call and will call back after 7 days, does it really take home choice 7 days to listen to a call. this arrears thing is ffecting my credit ratings. bad customer service ever. i will never ever do business with HOMe CHOICE
