PATHETIC SERVICE

I always receive this kind of service from this branch. This is not the first time but today I had to express my digust. I had waited for an hour in the queue just to do a deposit. The bank was even closed. There was about
20 people in the queue and only 3 tellers. 1 left to cash. The other 2 was open. 1 teller is a coloured girl she took 2 guys to assist. They flirted with her, she enjoyed it so much that she didnt bother about taking another client. the young indian guy next to her helped the whole queue himself. I was the 2nd last in the queque until I left she was still with them. Her head was so swollen that she could do her job. My point if you want to flirt do it in your own time and not ours. her behaviour is pathetic and to make everyone wait and losten to her stories is just not on. This was todays experience. Even last month had a bad exp. i moved my business account from std bank to fnb but i have regretted it from the day i moved over. the musgrave branch gives fnb a very bad name. If you want service forget going to the musgrave branch cos you will never get it there.
