Problems getting AccessBond activated

Hi,

I applied for Access bond last week Monday as i have an emergency and need the money urgently.
I have called numerous times, during last week upon till now.
This morning i was on the phone for 35 minutes and nobody knows what's going on.
They said when we applied that it will be 3-5 days max, i even asked them to escalate it as a priority which they did. We paid extra money into the bond but now we can't get it out.
This is really poor poor service, i never skipped any payments on anything.
