Poor response to application of access bond

A couple of months after I received ownership of my home I deposited R150000 in to it. I have attempted to get an access bond approved for a couple of weeks but there has always been an issue or something that needs to be done. More frustrating is their no care attitude, it's seems like if you don't like what we do find another bank!

I needed access to that fund for my move to Johannesburg. Besides that large expense there has been other matters that needed attention. With all of these expenses, which was expected, and which is why I applied I could not make my first monthly payment for my bond. Now this will again will have an affect of access to the extra money paid into my bond.

Poor, no care service which will force me to close my account and move to a bank with a caring attitude.
