Access Bond Application with ridiculous requiremen

I have my bond with Std Bank, when I applied for it I was their client with a cheque account. I had to cancel my cheque account with them bcoz of their bad customer service, regardless of what u r there to do..to see a consultant u wait at least over an hour. For that reason I move my Acc to FNB.I put in R80000 in my bond Acc then applied for ACCESS BOND, they declined it bcoz I refused to move my Acc back to them bcoz even on the day I went to apply for the ACCESS BOND I waited for over an hour even their employees asked me if I hv been helped because I hv been there for a while. For that reason I still refuse to move account so my application was declined yet I had put R80 000 that I now cannot access. I have applied for a bond Acc at FNB it has been approved so I will be moving my home loan. They can say good bye to a valuable client who never gave them problems. I had just applied to put more on my monthly repayments but it just makes my skin crawl to think that in the 3 months notice period I'll continue giving them my money.
If they get their house in order I would not have moved my Acc in the first place&I will NOT move for bad service. Am used to world class service at FNB Period.
